| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa, Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, Visa Delta, Solo, PayPal Express Checkout, American Express, Discover. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. | Shipping And Handling We can currently only make deliveries to Mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland. (see the list of Scottish postcodes below) If you are outside this area, or are unsure if your address is covered, please telephone 01675 442031 or email sales@plantmenow.co.uk with your postcode for a quote. Depending on the time of the order, most orders will be despatched between one and two working days from receipt of the order, on an overnight service to arrive with you on the next business day. To ensure our plants reach you in the best condition possibe, we will not despatch any living products on a Friday. We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We are able to deliver to the following postcodes in Scotland: AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, IV1-IV2, KY, KA (excluding KA27 & KA28), ML, PA1 - PA19, PH1 - PH18, TD. |
| Delivery Schedule Deliveries by City Link are delivered between 9am and 5.30pm the next working day after dispatch. Deliveries made by Royal Mail vary, depending on the type of service used. Unless otherwise stated, please allow one additional day for us to process and pack your order. |
| Back Orders In the unlikely event that a product is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will place it on back order for you for deliver it as soon as it arrives. You will be notified either by telephone or email and have the option to cancel the order. |
