    Lentils Geo Sprouting Seeds

    Lentil sprouts are high in protein (25%) and mineral salts (Ca, Fe, Mg, K, Se, Zn, Na). They are also very rich in enzymes and vitamins. Highly prized for their nutritional value and flavour. Can be used in both salads and soups.

    Soak a suitable amount of seeds in water overnight. The next day spread them on the sprouting trays considering that they will increase by at least 4 times in volume. Keep at room temperature and in good light conditions. Rinse the seeds 2-3 times daily until they are fully germinated (4-6 days). They are immediately ready for consimption or can be kept refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
