Mung Beans Geo Sprouting Seeds

Mung Bean sprouts contain a complete range of vitamins and mineral salts (Ca, Mg, K, Fe, Zn, Cu, P, Na) as well as a high quantity of protein (20%). They also contain all of the essential amino acids and numerous enzymes essential for digestion.

Soak a suitable amount of seeds in water overnight. The next day spread them on the sprouting trays considering that they will increase by at least 4 times in volume. Keep at room temperature and in good light conditions. Rinse the seeds 2-3 times daily until they are fully germinated (4-6 days). They are immediately ready for consimption or can be kept refrigerated for 1-2 weeks.
