Rocket Geo Sprouting Seeds

Rocket sprouts are excellent antioxidants and enhance the immune system. Taste its distinctive flavour mixed with different dishes.

Rocket seeds do not require the normal soaking period in water: just rinse them lightly and set them directly according to your preferred method of germination. Due to the jelly, the trays method of germination is best. Keep seeds at room temperature and away from light until first leaves have grown. Rinse them 1-2 times daily, use only the amount of water necessary to keep them wet but not soggy. Sprouts are ready in 4-5 days. Keep refrigerated up to 1 week.
