Mozart Gro-Sure Seed Potatoes

Mozart seed potatoes have an intense sweet flavour and produce high yields. Mozart has a floury texture and its bright red skin make it an attractive cooking variety.

Gro-sure seed potatoes bring the latest varieties to the home grower. Bred for performance, ease of growing and selected for their unique attributes such as high yields, ease of growing, high disease resistance and fabulous flavour.

Planting can take place as soon as the risk of frost has passed in your area, during spring, March-May. Plant 10-13cm (4-5inches) deep in shallow ridges. Seed should be 20-23cm (8-9inches) apart in the row, with 60cm (24inches) between each row.

Earth the plants up when they are 20cm (8inches) tall. This encourages a higher yield of potatoes.

Watering your plants well will improve crop yield and discourage scab from forming.
