These Star Buy Ranunculus bulbs are a mixed pack of different coloured flowers. Ideal for long lasting displays, ranunculus grow to around 25cm in heigh flowering around May/June.
Ranunculus like full sun and any humus rich, well drained soil although sandy soil is preferred.
Good in borders, containers and make excellent cut flowers.
Before planting, soak the tubers in water for about 2 hours. Plant with claw-like roots pointing downwards, into moist soil. Do not water until shoots appear, unless the soil becomes very dry. Regular watering is essential once in growth.
Protect over the cold winter months with a mulch.
