We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our non perishable products. If the product you receive is faulty, defective or just unsuitable - simply return it to us unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a refund.

Faulty or Defective Products

If you return an item to us due to it being faulty or defective or because of an error on our part, we will happily refund your return postage costs. The item(s) must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase.

When returning a faulty or defective product, please include a note with the return to indicate whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

Change of Mind

Products being returned because they are unsuitable, no longer required, the wrong size was ordered or if you've simply changed your mind must be returned to us in perfect condition (including the product packaging) within 30 days of purchase. Please note, the cost of returning an item to us in this instance must be borne by you.

It is possible to cancel an order with us provided it has not already been dispatched. In these circumstances please telephone and speak to a member of our customer service team who will happily cancel and refund the order.

How To Return a Product

To return an item to us, just post it back to the address below. Please include a note containing your name, your order number and the reason for return. You can find your order number at the top left hand side of the delivery note included with your order or in the subject line of any email sent out confirming your order.

We cannot be held responsible for items being returned to us getting lost in transit. We therefore always recommend that the item(s) being returned are sent using a recorded or special delivery service.

Refund Processing

Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt of the returned product to Plant Me Now. Refunds can only be made using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Please note, in all instances Plant Me Now shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
